Entry Level Warehouse Team Member

We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our shipping and receiving team. The warehouse team member will ship and receive manufactured goods and raw materials. You will select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to delivery area, and load/unload delivery vehicles. You will keep your work environment clean and organized at all times, and comply with all relevant safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

A successful team member will have the ability to work independently of and in coordination with other team members of the warehouse as well as other departments.  Preferred applicants have a strong work ethic, a desire to excel, and have the ability both to think critically and to follow instructions.

• Ensuring cleanliness and safety of work environment
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Accepting delivery of inventory
• Counting and confirming inventory
• Inspecting inventory for damage and faults
• Communicating errors to relevant parties
• Marking and labeling stock
• Storing inventory in accessible manner
• Loading and wrapping stock on pallets
• Building loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack

• 18 years of age or older.
• Work experience as general laborer, preferably in warehouse.
• Ability to operate forklift proficiently
• Ability to safely operate handheld power tools
• Physically strong, agile and dexterous, and able to lift 50 pounds individually and 100 pounds with help
• Positive work history
• Good moral character
• Punctual
• Detail oriented
• Available to work extended hours when necessary
